Our team has extensively managed some of the largest refurbishment projects in the commercial sector, developing the project plans, costings, vendors and selecting maintenance facilities to carry out the works. Surveys are conducted not only during class renewal or by port states, we also manage owner surveys for the purchase and sale of large private vessels, and provide independent reports and advice for any party requesting the survey. We are fully independent with no ties to any manufacturer or other party, allowing us to remain objective throughout the survey process.
Our knowledge is our best asset, and we provide independent consulting services for technical systems, new builds, vessel operations and services for when things have not quite gone to plan. We act as owners representative on insurance claims and have specialist maritime legal services available.
Our team have worked extensively with low flash point fuels such as methanol and LNG in traditional reciprocating engines and also new fuel cell systems. We have a deep understanding of future fuels and vessel systems, and we can provide expertise from design, vendor selection, build and operation for your vessel.
All aspects of vessel IT systems are handled by TenMicron Ltd. We provide installation & maintenance of core networking and security, ensuring that the system is designed to work for the crew. We can provide 24 hour remote support and also in person support at short notice based on agreed SLA, and manage users and networks as they would be in a shore side environment.
